Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚠️ Important: Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By subscribing to our premium service, you agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
1. Subscription Plans & Points
Xyloq Arena offers the following subscription plans:
- Monthly Premium: ₹299/month
- Annual Premium: ₹2,999/year (Save 17%)
Points System:
- Buy Points: ₹1 = 1 point (Minimum ₹100)
- Redeem Points: 1 point = ₹1 (Minimum 500 points)
- Premium members only can buy and redeem points
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
2.1 Technical Issues
- Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours
- Critical features are not working as advertised
- You cannot access your account due to technical problems on our end
2.2 Accidental Purchase
- Refund request made within 7 days of purchase
- Premium features have not been extensively used (less than 5 battles)
- Valid reason provided for the refund request
2.3 Duplicate Charges
- You were charged multiple times for the same subscription
- Duplicate charges will be refunded immediately upon verification
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after using premium features
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
- Partial month refunds (monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days)
- Requests made after 30 days of purchase
- Purchased points are non-refundable once credited to your account
- Points lost in battles cannot be refunded
- Points used in battles or redeemed cannot be refunded
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Going to your Account Settings
- Clicking on "Manage Subscription"
- Selecting "Cancel Subscription"
- Or emailing us at support@codebattlearena.com
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to premium features until expiration
- No charges will be made for the next billing cycle
- Your account will revert to free tier after expiration
4.3 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
5. Refund Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
- Email us at refunds@codebattlearena.com
- Include your transaction ID and reason for refund
- Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
5.2 Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 5-7 business days
6. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions (after 7-day period)
- Service disruptions lasting more than 7 days
- At our sole discretion based on individual circumstances
7. Free Trial
- If offered, free trials can be cancelled anytime during the trial period
- No charges will be made if cancelled before trial ends
- After trial ends, subscription automatically begins unless cancelled
8. Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider:
- Your account may be suspended pending resolution
- Please contact us first to resolve the issue
- Chargebacks may result in account termination
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

11. Points Purchase & Redemption Policy
11.1 Points Purchase
- Points purchased are non-refundable once credited
- Ensure you purchase the correct amount before confirming
- In case of technical errors during purchase, contact support immediately
- Duplicate charges will be refunded within 7 business days
11.2 Points Redemption
- Redemption requests are processed within 3-5 business days
- Minimum redemption: 500 points (₹500)
- Transaction fee: 2% (waived for annual members)
- Valid KYC documents required for first redemption
- Bank account must be in your name
- Redemption cannot be cancelled once processed
11.3 Points Disputes
- Report any discrepancies within 24 hours of transaction
- Provide transaction ID and details
- Disputes are investigated within 3-5 business days
- Decision of Xyloq Arena is final
12. Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
